Did they know what they were doing from the start.
Like, hey, what dya think, we're gonna sing that song, but guess what, we'll never give in the full guitar-playing and gimmick and all. They will al be waiting for it like crazy, one inch from 7th heaven (or hell, whatever), and we'll be tantalizing as if not on purpose. Our voices will be raucous, the guitar will be just before out of reach...  They'll be unsatisfied and totally ours babe.
Or did it just come that way?
